1. Scope
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the private, internal software tools developed and operated by Nelson Industrial Arts (“NIA”) for the management of its own business operations, including its integration with QuickBooks Online. These tools are proprietary to NIA and are used solely by NIA for its own internal purposes.
2. No third-party users
This software is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party. It has no external users. It connects only to accounts owned and controlled by Nelson Industrial Arts, with NIA’s explicit authorization.
3. Permitted use
The software reads and organizes NIA’s own business records, including reading accounting data and categorizing expenses within NIA’s own QuickBooks Online company. The software does not move money and has no capability to pay bills, transfer funds, or send invoices or payments.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Nelson Industrial Arts. No license or right is granted to any other party.
5. Warranty & liability
The software is provided on an “as is” basis for NIA’s internal use, without warranties of any kind. Nelson Industrial Arts is solely responsible for its own use of the software.
